Intelligent Warning System Automatic Dosing Machine Intelligent Warning System Long Service Life
Brief Description
Features a built-in intelligent warning mechanism that provides early alerts for low solution levels, pipe blockages, or metering anomalies. The control panel is intuitive and clear, supporting multiple languages. Long-lasting core components ensure stable service for many years, reducing replacement frequency.

Product Overview
No matter how demanding your chemical dosing needs, our Tri-Chamber Automatic Dosing Unit delivers industry-leading accuracy, reliability, and safety for automated feed operations. Designed for water treatment, industrial processing, and wastewater management, it eradicates guesswork and manual handling, securing optimal process results and upgraded safety measures.
Working Principle
Once the 2-minute delay time elapses, the polymer flocculant dosing machine begins dosing, and the mixing system operates at the same instant. The timing can be adjusted by means of the input elements on the control panel. When the inlet water system, wetting system, and dosing system are fully operational at high water level, the wetting system is shut down. The mixing system maintains continuous operation with the dosing system and inlet water system running. The operation and shutdown of the mixer and dosing pump can be controlled via the dosing control cabinet or remote control device.

Key Design & Performance Features
*Intelligent PLC Control: At the heart of the system is a programmable logic controller with
a user-friendly HMI touchscreen. It enables fully automated
operation based on flow pace, analog signal (4-20mA), or timer
control, seamlessly integrating with your existing process.
*High-Precision Dosing Pumps: Each chamber is equipped with a dedicated, industrial-grade
mechanical diaphragm or peristaltic pump. These pumps offer
exceptional metering accuracy (±1% or better) and broad turndown
ratios, ensuring consistent delivery across varying demand.
*Integrated Safety & Monitoring: The system includes comprehensive safeguards: low-chemical alerts,
leak detection, pressure relief valves, and pump overload
protection. Real-time monitoring of dosing status, tank levels, and
system pressure is standard.
*Robust Construction: Built from premium corrosion-resistant materials (SS316, PVDF,
PTFE, EPDM) compatible with a wide range of aggressive chemicals,
ensuring long service life in harsh environments.
*Compact & Modular Skid: All components are pre-assembled on a single, compact skid for
easy installation, reduced footprint, and simplified maintenance.
Applications
Applications extend throughout water and wastewater treatment operations, supporting pH adjustment, coagulation and flocculation, disinfection using chlorine or sodium hypochlorite, nutrient addition, and odor control. In cooling and boiler water systems, they ensure proper dosing of scale and corrosion inhibitors, biocides, and antifoam agents. They are integrated into numerous industrial processes such as chemical production, pulp and paper, food and beverage, metal finishing, and rinse water treatment. Automated pH and chlorine level control is also provided for swimming pools and aquatic installations.
